If you haven’t seen the pictures on friend’s social media feeds, or in the pages of travel magazines, you’ll be in for a wonderful surprise. Nassau’s northern coast is home to Pigs Beach, where beachgoers can meet, feed, and yes, even swim, with the local indigenous pigs. After your encounter with your new four-legged friends, spend what’s left of the day lounging in the sun, back at Pearl Island. Take in its stunning natural beauty and wildlife as you bask on the beautiful white-sand beaches or sample some local Bahamian dishes and exceptional drinks. Tour the Lighthouse with stunning views of the surrounding seascape. Round off your day by cruising on a kayak or standup paddle board, and let the current gently sway you as you explore the island’s shores.

Wow what an awesome trip to Pearl Island! A great experience from the first to the last minute on the island. The island is ideal for a day trip. There is a very good service and also delicious food. In addition to the beautiful view of the sea, the swimming pigs are a clear highlight. I will come back anyway. A clear recommendation!

What an ingenious trip to Pearl Island! On the island there is simply everything you need. In addition to a beautiful beach overlooking the open sea, there is also a perfect service, as well as very good food. But what I really liked are the sweet pigs who bathe peacefully on the beach. They are very tame and a real highlight. Pearl Island is a real recommendation!

What a great day! After we arrive at Pearl Island a small ferry brought us to the cute pigs. Me and my family loved every minute. My kids had a blast. Afterwards we had a great lunch, some tasty cocktails and we had a really nice time at the beach. Can't wait to come back.

Usually my husband and I are hesitant to book tours, however this one changed our mind! Within this tour, we weren't pressed for time, which we loved.
The boats arrived on time to take us to and from Paradise Island. The lunch (so tasty and flavorful) was one of the best we had on the island and also included a drink. We then crossed over to another little island to swim with the pigs. I wasn't sure what I was expecting, but the hosts were funny, great and helpful and provided clear instructions. There were so many pigs, that everyone had time with them and we also got to take photos with the piglets. Was so much fun.
As a small recommendation, would be great to have the rough timing of the day communicated a bit more clearly (whether through the booking or the crew). However, overall, it was a great day and we were very happy with this tour! Was the highlight of our trip to Bahamas! Thank you.

This was a great excursion, you take a 20 minute boat ride from a pier on Bay Street near where the criuse ships dock. You spend a few hours on Pearl Island where there is a small beach you can relax, swim, kayak and paddleboard on for free. A small buffet lunch with local flavor is served and was good. You then take the boat on a 5 minute ride to pig island during your time slot and get to swim with pet the pigs. It was very fun and all of the staff were very informative and friendly!

Had a wonderful experience! Took a taxi from Sandals directly to the meeting site. We had a lunch, which was provided, consisting of chicken, fish, rice and coleslaw. The crew was friendly. Left around 11:30 returned around 4:30.

Fun way to spend a day! Staff was so friendly and the island was beautiful. The pigs were funny and well behaved. Easy trip from paradise island… lunch provided and bar drinks were great. Would definitely recommend.

Unforgettable experience and good value for money. Get to spend around 45 mins with the pigs. Given a traditional Bahamian lunch which is very tasty and can get drinks at the bar (my favourite is the G&T!) lots of paddle boards and kayaks too.

Such a fun experience! Very easy to find the dock, check-in, and hop on board to the islands. Pigs Beach is another 5 minute boat ride from Pearl Island and is SO worth it!! The guides on the pigs experience actually care about these pigs and take care of them like their children. Pearl Island is small but in a great spot for swimming or just hanging out and enjoying the sun. I've been a couple times, and every time the food is great! The main bar tends to get backed up though, hopefully with the new developments coming they can add a second one!

The place/Elizabeth bay was easy to find. The whole trip was very well organised. Food is enough and very tasty. Plenty of drinks/ cocktails and local beer on the Pearl Island. You can bring a book to read once you reach the island because the stay there is longer. There are other activities you can enjoy as well. The Pigs Island visit is probably for 30-40 min but enough to feed them and take pictures. Read well ,before you go, what is included in the price and what not.Overall we were satisfied with the trip and think it is worth the money if you like such type of experience.

Great fun swimming with the pigs and we’ll worth the trip. But if a gourmet lunch is what you are looking for, this trip isn’t for you. Lunch options are very limited. The guides are great and really good fun.
Cancelled without notice or advice… no piggies for us

Cancelled without notifying us or refunding before trip. We waited for an hour for the boat to come until a friendly local let us use his phone with another group also waiting. All we got told was it was cancelled for today… still waiting for formal notification
